At Shades Hair & Co., we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon.

When booking an appointment, a credit card must be held on file to prevent no shows and last minute cancellations.

NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will have to charge a $75 rebooking fee if you wish to book a future appointment. A 72 hour notice is required for all color services and keratin treatments.

Shaved Legs

RUNNING LATE?

Shades Hair & Co. is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or cancelled.
