At Shades Hair & Co., we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon.

When booking an appointment, a credit card must be held on file to prevent no shows and last minute cancellations.

Our Cancellation Policy

At Shades Hair & Co., your appointment is reserved just for you. We understand life happens, so here’s our cancellation policy to keep things fair for our guests and team:

  • Color Services – Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

  • Haircuts – Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows (all services) – Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

We truly appreciate your understanding, as last-minute changes impact both our stylists and other guests waiting to book. Thank you for respecting our time, so we can continue to give you the best experience possible.

Long Hair

RUNNING LATE?

Shades Hair & Co. is a very popular Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. If you are running more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be rescheduled or cancelled.
